HoroBench uses essential cookies and browser storage to operate securely. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics is optional and is not loaded unless you select “Accept analytics”.

Essential storage

• Sign-in session: our authentication provider sets an essential cookie to recognise a signed-in user and protect their session. The session can last up to seven days and may be refreshed while the user is active.
• Selected workshop: an essential cookie remembers which authorised workshop to show when a user belongs to more than one. The server checks membership on every request.
• Cookie choice: this browser stores whether you accepted analytics or chose essential storage only. This preference does not track activity across sites.

Optional Google Analytics

If you accept analytics, HoroBench loads Google Analytics 4 using measurement ID G-HLX4EB29RM. Google Analytics uses a first-party _ga cookie containing a client identifier to distinguish visits and sessions. It receives information such as pages viewed, page titles, browser and device details, and coarse location derived from the connection’s IP address. Google states that IP addresses from UK visitors are discarded before they are logged or stored.

We use this information only to measure and improve HoroBench. We do not send Google names, email addresses, workshop records, customer records or watch information, and advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled. Google may process analytics data outside the UK using its applicable transfer safeguards. See Google’s privacy policy.

Managing your choice

Use the “Cookie settings” button on any public HoroBench page to accept or withdraw analytics consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this site and prevents the analytics tag loading on later visits. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings; clearing sign-in cookies will sign you out.
